Friends:
I have a passion to run - not sure why. Perhaps God planted it there, as he has with your passion in life. I believe with any passion you pursue, it is wise to seek sources outside yourself, and consult with others who have pursued their passion with some measure of success.
I have a desire to run the LONGHORN 70.3 Ironman. I cannot do it alone. Therefore, I have joined Team in Training (TNT). TNT is the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's training program. The TNT program is a proven program with a long history of success. The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society designed the TNT program to allow those individuals whose desire it is to help others while pursuing their passions. Simply put - you train, they guide, and patients and families of leukemia and lymphoma win.
My commitment to TNT for their coaching is to raise $3,500. You can reach my personal TNT page for more information.
Please donate at least $25.00 - more if you can. I am training in support of a United States Air Force Major who was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. I will tell you more about his story in the coming weeks. My event is October 2010 in Austin. Here's the website link: http://www.ironmanaustin.com/index.php
I will be updating my website along the way.
Thank you so much.
