319 TRS & 324 TRS
There is NOTHING like sitting back in the Snake Pit for breakfast - courtesy of the 324 TRS - THANK YOU!
MTIA members could sit with MTIs or Trainees while they had breakfast - the exchange of information and questions was outstanding
After breakfast, we headed over to the, 319 TRS where MSgt David Boudreau provided an in-depth briefing of the extensive mission of the 319th. No longer known as the 'Casual' squadron - the 319th rehabilitates 50% of their assigned trainees and returns them to basic training.
We were all very impressed to see an Official MTIA decal on one of the Section Supervisor's doors
After years of folding underwear 6" to ensure they could follow simple directions - BMT has gone back to the 'Roll' used in the 1950's as it will save 16 hours of training time
