SENIOR INSTRUCTOR of the YEAR |
Long before the creation of the Blue Rope (1975) and the Blue Rope of the Year program (1980), BMT presented one annual award that denoted the top Military Training Instructor ... the BMT Instructor of the Year. In 1980, BMT added an award specifically for the more senior Instructors like Squadron Staff and Section Supervisors. The following individuals have received this coveted honor.
