MILITARY TRAINING INSTRUCTORS
No other career field is so selectively chosen. One cannot just apply to serve in this special duty from the day they enter the United States Air Force. Airmen and NCOs must first prove their mettle in their original career fields first.
Those who submit applications and are ultimately selected for this demanding duty are unquestionably the very best within their specialties. Those with less than stellar credentials need not apply.  Potential MTIs begin their journey by entering the fourteen-week long Military Training Instructor School.

Utilizing the above links, one can find alphabetical listings and photos of individuals who have served as Military Training Instructors during the course of their Air Force careers. Only those individuals who are eligible to be a member of the Military Training Instructor Association (MTIA) are, or will be listed. If an individual was permanently removed as an instructor or later received less than an Honorable Discharge from the Air Force or any other branch of Service, he or she is not eligible and will not be listed.
