MTI Eligibility Requirements:
Any AFSC may apply.
SrA with at least 3 years but less than 6 years TAFMS with minimum "General" AQE score of 48.
SSgt/TSgt with less than 17 years TAFMS.
Excellent military image and appearance.
Excellent records with overall ratings of 5 on last five EPRs.
No record of disciplinary action or financial irresponsibility in the past five years, ie Article 15.
Not currently on any phase of the weight management program.
Squadron commander's recommendation.
No speech problems.
Physical Readiness Training must be 75% or better.

Also, check out your base paper each week. The MTI recruiting team visits 60 bases each year and normally will run ads 2 weeks prior to the visit. The team briefing normally starts at 0830. You may complete an application package, have your records screened, complete your testing, and have an on-site interview at that time.
