ROTC and JROTC

One of the goals of the MTIA is to create a working relationship with as many ROTC and JROTC units as possible. Whether it is assisting in drill competitions, providing motivational speeches or helping with the correct instruction of drill, we endeavor to form a relationship that will enhance these two extremely important programs.
